FIBERGLASS REINFORCEMENT

ROLE OF REPRA

Fiberglass reinforcement is still relatively unknown, but it offers significant advantages in terms of durability and strength. Repra BV makes this innovative technology accessible with high-quality fiberglass reinforcement and related products.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our manufacturers hold their own patents and certificates, guaranteeing quality and reliability. Since 2018, Repra BV has been collaborating with European institutions on the European Technical Assessment (ETA). This independent assessment paves the way to CE marking.

This means our products comply with European standards and are ready for the future.

PROPERTIES & APPLICATIONS

Composite reinforcement is a product made of fiberglass bonded with thermosetting resins. Its main advantage is its lightness index. Calculated using the unit of volume, it's only 2g/mm³. This material is much easier to work with and offers more advantages than steel. It also saves on transport and labor costs.

CIVIL & INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

Fiberglass reinforcement is used in both civil engineering and industrial construction to reinforce foundations, floors, and beams.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION

In road construction, composite reinforcement is already widely used for bridge structures and viaducts. An additional major advantage is that it is resistant to chemicals and salts, so the reinforcement is not affected.

COST SAVINGS

Furthermore, one saves on the costs of the reinforcement itself, but also, for example, crane costs and concrete mortar.
